Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Field Engineering Operations Partner will manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting while collaborating with technical teams to improve customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain operational processes and systems for Field Engineering and customer-facing technical teams
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into team performance and customer adoption
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields in a high-growth SaaS company
- Experience supporting customer-facing technical teams such as Solutions Architects or Customer Success Engineers
- Strong understanding of capacity planning, resource allocation, and performance measurement
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
