Senior Operations Planning Specialist

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end operational planning and execution for physical instructional manipulatives, the remote Senior Operations Planning Specialist will manage forecasting, production planning, and fulfillment readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and alignment with market timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in forecasting for manipulatives, developing long-range capacity and inventory models to support growth
• Monitor inventory strategy and health, managing manufacturing and vendor relationships to ensure cost control and quality standards
• Develop dashboards for inventory levels and fulfillment performance, identifying process improvements to enhance reliability and visibility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations planning or supply chain management
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and forecasting tools
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret operational metrics
