Senior Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

Connecting strategic growth initiatives with operational realities, the full-time Senior Operations Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end operational coordination of multiple transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment across various functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the integrated program plan, tracking workstreams, milestones, and status across multiple initiatives
• Drive alignment and sequence workflows across Operations, Product, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Success teams
• Identify and escalate cross-functional bottlenecks while maintaining a running "blocked list" for executive review

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business or Communications
• 8+ years of program/project management or operations experience in a growth-stage startup environment
• Direct experience in healthcare, health tech, or digital health, with knowledge of regulatory and payer dynamics
• Hands-on experience with product rollouts or product-led transformations
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, with experience leveraging AI tools being a plus
