Senior Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Operations Project Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complex operational projects from development through execution, ensuring milestones are met
• Create detailed project plans and track progress while communicating changes to stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, monitor project work, and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and seven years of project management experience
• Extensive experience in continuous improvement methodologies; Six-sigma black belt certification preferred
• Experience managing operational and corporate projects; PMP certification preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and major workflows associated with healthcare claim processing preferred
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and develop strong relationships with management
