Senior Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure operational excellence in order fulfillment and shipping, the fully remote Senior Paper Operations Specialist will manage vendor relationships, oversee financial operations, and drive continuous improvements in quality and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding, contract execution, and billing processes while collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Establish and monitor printer capacity and operational risks, coordinating production and addressing issues during high-volume periods
• Oversee shipping carrier relationships and manage escalations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and tracking shipping costs for optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management, preferably in a Senior Individual Contributor role
• Proven experience in managing external vendors, including contract operations and vendor accountability
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL or BI tools
• Understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce order lifecycle and its impact on customer experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and implement process improvements across cross-functional teams
