Senior Operations Strategy Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Operations Strategy Manager will identify, develop, and scale strategic capabilities across Operations while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance efficiency and customer experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an Operations Strategy enablement roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
- Lead strategic enablement initiatives from business-case development through implementation and performance measurement
- Translate operational needs into business requirements and partner with Product and Technology to create scalable solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, strategy, finance, technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
- 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, business transformation, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation
- Strong understanding of operational processes, technology-enabled transformation, and change management
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated industry is preferred
