Senior Operations Technician

Job Summary

Supporting commercial lines operational and underwriting processes, the full-time Senior Operations Technician will manage a variety of policy transactions, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy while working onsite in Stevens Point, WI.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external information requests, explaining plan details and processing requirements
• Document and maintain customer policy information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Process and release policy documentation, including certificates of insurance, and provide operations support for new and renewal transactions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Associate Degree preferred
• Experience supporting commercial lines insurance operations preferred
• Ability to interact effectively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills to meet service standards and deadlines
