Key responsibilities
- Perform continuous high-impact optimizations across various device types and user journeys
- Ensure error-free implementation of tests and optimizations, following specifications and tracking accurately
- Summarize and document test results to inform future optimizations and collaborate cross-functionally for efficient launches
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing or conversion rate optimization (CRO) execution role
- Strong understanding of direct response mechanics and experience in high-volume testing environments
