Job Summary
To drive revenue-enhancing optimizations, the full-time Senior Optimization Manager will execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests, ensuring flawless implementation and continuous iteration while working remotely across various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform continuous high-impact optimizations across device types and user journeys, focusing on copy and UI/UX
- Ensure error-free implementation of tests and optimizations, tracking them accurately and following specifications
- Summarize and document test results to inform future optimizations and collaborate cross-functionally for efficient launch preparation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or conversion rate optimization (CRO) execution roles
- Strong understanding of direct response mechanics and high-volume testing environments, particularly in financial services or similar verticals
- Proficient in running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and utilizing analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Looker
- Experience optimizing lead form pages with a solid grasp of UI/UX principles
- Ability to balance competing KPIs and communicate effectively across teams
