Senior Oracle Applications Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Oracle Applications Developer will perform requirement analysis, design, configuration, management, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud-based applications while collaborating with IT and HR teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct requirement analysis and support software development of interfaces with Fusion HCM and other systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues within various HR modules and ensure data accuracy in reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance company systems and manage HRIS initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Five years of experience in software development, specifically with Cloud HCM modules and Oracle E-Business Suite
- Experience with Fusion technologies, including HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher Reports
- Proficiency in Cloud HCM conversions, integrations, and reporting
- Equivalent foreign degree or graduate degree with three years of experience may be accepted
