Senior Oracle ARCS Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the design, configuration, and support of the Account Reconciliation Cloud Service, the full-time Senior Oracle ARCS Consultant will manage end-to-end ARCS delivery, including solution architecture, incident resolution, and stakeholder management, in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and optimization of ARCS, including reconciliation types, profiles, and workflows
- Act as L2/L3 escalation point for incidents and manage ticket queues to ensure timely resolution
- Present service performance and improvement roadmaps in governance calls while maintaining SOX-compliant documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems; CA/CPA/MBA preferred
- 6-10 years in finance systems, with 4+ years of hands-on Oracle ARCS implementation and support experience
- Experience delivering under a Managed Services model with SLA accountability
- Strong grasp of GL accounting and balance sheet reconciliation processes
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud suite and integration troubleshooting
