Senior Oracle Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Finance team remotely, the full-time Senior Oracle Business Analyst will optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud, manage data flows, and ensure smooth updates while acting as a liaison between IT and business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT, translating user needs into technical solutions
- Lead testing for quarterly Oracle updates and regression testing to ensure seamless implementation
- Analyze and improve processes, manage configuration updates, and support cross-team collaborations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Financials
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and validation
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
