Senior Oracle Database Administrator
Job Summary
To support critical database operations, the full-time Senior Oracle Database Administrator will manage Oracle and SQL databases, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Oracle and SQL Database Administrators for federal or commercial clients
- Perform server maintenance, execute software installations and patching, and maintain High Availability (HA) systems
- Identify and triage database issues, executing Disaster Recovery (DR) protocols as necessary
Required qualifications
- BS in Information Systems or related experience
- 8+ years of experience in the database field with domain and expert technical knowledge
- Proven proficiency in creating and managing standalone SQL and Oracle databases
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government PUBLIC TRUST / SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
