Senior Oracle Fusion Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a business systems lead, the full-time Senior Oracle Fusion Analyst will provide specialized support for Project Management and Services Delivery functions, optimizing enterprise application systems to enhance operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate application upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with best practices and governance standards
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify and define system and process improvements, collaborating with technical teams to implement integrations between Project Management applications and other enterprise systems
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing project management processes to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement, while overseeing data quality and developing dashboards and reporting capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Finance, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS, specifically supporting project-based and professional services business processes
• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM), including functional design, configuration, and testing
• Strong understanding of project financial processes, including project setup, labor collection, costing, billing, and financial reconciliation
• Experience supporting integrations between Oracle PPM and related enterprise functions, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials
