Job Summary

Owning the Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll functional workstream, the full-time Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Consultant will lead end-to-end payroll implementations, manage configurations, and ensure successful go-live and post-production support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing
• Configure Payroll Elements, manage data conversion, and validate end-to-end payroll processing
• Prepare and execute testing phases and support go-live activities while documenting all processes and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations
• Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, including Fast Formulas and Payroll Balances
• Experience in conducting workshops with multiple stakeholders across HR and Finance
• Familiarity with payroll data conversion and integration with third-party systems
• Ability to prepare functional design documents and testing scripts
