Job Summary
Leading the functional design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, the full-time Senior Oracle HCM Consultant will configure absence plans, manage PTO policies, and provide production support while working remotely during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management implementations and enhancements
- Configure Absence Plans, Types, Accrual Plans, and Eligibility Profiles
- Develop and troubleshoot Absence-related Fast Formulas and support post-production stabilization
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management functional consulting experience
- Expertise in PTO accruals, carryover rules, and eligibility profiles
- Strong Oracle HCM Fast Formula experience, particularly with Absence-related formulas
- Experience with end-to-end implementations and functional documentation
- Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
