Job Summary
To support the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, the full-time Senior Oracle HCM Consultant will lead functional design, configuration, and post-go-live support while working remotely during EST business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and post-go-live support for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management
- Conduct requirements and solution-design workshops with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and business users
- Configure Absence Plans, Types, and related setups, ensuring integration with downstream processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management and multiple end-to-end implementations
- Proficiency in configuring Absence Plans, Accrual Plans, and Fast Formulas
- Experience in gathering requirements from HR/business users and translating them into configurations
- Strong troubleshooting and post-go-live support experience
