Job Summary
Leading functional design and implementation, the full-time Senior Oracle HCM Consultant will manage Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management projects remotely, focusing on configuration, production support, and collaboration with HR teams during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management implementations and enhancements
- Configure Absence Plans, Types, and Accrual Plans, and develop Absence-related Fast Formulas
- Support end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, and post-production stabilization
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management consulting
- Expertise in PTO accruals, eligibility profiles, and absence-related Fast Formulas
- Experience with end-to-end implementations and functional documentation
- Understanding of Core HR and employee assignment rules
- Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
