Job Summary
To support the implementation and enhancement of absence management solutions, the full-time Senior Oracle HCM Consultant will lead functional design, configuration, and production support remotely during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management implementations and enhancements
- Configure Absence Plans, Types, Accrual Plans, and Eligibility Profiles
- Develop and troubleshoot Absence-related Fast Formulas and support data migration and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management functional consulting experience
- Expertise in PTO accruals, carryover rules, and eligibility profiles
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Fast Formulas, particularly Absence-related formulas
- Experience with end-to-end implementations and functional documentation
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) experience is highly preferred
