Senior Oracle Health HIM Analyst
Job Summary
To support Health Information Management operations, the full-time contract Senior Oracle Health HIM Analyst will lead system configuration, optimize workflows, and provide application support within the Oracle Health (Cerner) environment, working remotely during core business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Health (Cerner) HIM modules, managing work queues and deficiency assignments
- Oversee document management processes, including Advanced Capture workflows and medical record retrieval
- Collaborate with coding and CDI teams to streamline workflows and troubleshoot coding tools
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a Cerner HIM Analyst with expertise in core HIM workflows and system architecture
- In-depth knowledge of chart completion, deficiency tracking, and medical record account management
- Functional proficiency with Cerner HIM Pools and Advanced Capture tools
- Experience supporting coding workflows and using 3M Coding Grouper and Optum Integrity tools
