Senior Oracle Health HIM Analyst
Job Summary
To support Health Information Management operations, the full-time contract Senior Oracle Health HIM Analyst will lead system configuration, workflow optimization, and application support in a 100% remote environment during core business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT contact for the HIM department, managing and configuring Oracle Health (Cerner) HIM modules and workflows
- Oversee document management processes, including Advanced Capture workflows and medical record capture
- Monitor and troubleshoot HIM work queues, collaborating with integration teams to ensure seamless operations
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a Cerner HIM Analyst with expertise in core HIM workflows and system architecture
- In-depth understanding of chart completion, deficiency tracking, and medical record account management
- Functional proficiency with Cerner HIM Pools, Advanced Capture, and document management tools
- Experience supporting coding workflows and tools such as 3M Coding Grouper and Optum Integrity
