Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the contract Senior Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant will lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, focusing on configuration, support, and user training while working remotely during EST business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations from requirements gathering through production go-live
- Configure and support the complete ORC recruiting lifecycle, including job requisitions, candidate applications, and onboarding processes
- Develop test scenarios and troubleshoot ORC production issues after go-live, ensuring smooth integration with external systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 recent end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with Core HR / Global HR
- Proven experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
- Functional understanding of HCM integrations, Fast Formula, and reporting tools such as OTBI/BIP
