Job Summary
To support a growing financial services practice, the full-time contract Senior Oracle Recruiting Consultant will lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations, manage configurations, and provide production support while working remotely during U.S. EST business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ORC implementations from requirements gathering through go-live
- Configure requisitions, approvals, candidate applications, interviews, offers, and hiring workflows
- Manage ORC integration with Core HR/Global HR and support worker lifecycle transactions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 recent end-to-end ORC implementations is mandatory
- Strong hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functional consulting experience
- Strong Core HR/Global HR knowledge and Pending Worker workflow expertise
- Experience with requisition configuration, candidate selection, and hiring processes
- Strong understanding of ORC integrations with external job boards and third-party ATS platforms
