Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of effective OCM strategies and plans for client engagements, the full-time Senior Organizational Change Consultant will conduct change impact assessments, develop tailored communication and training materials, and track OCM metrics, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and lead the implementation of OCM strategies and plans for client engagements
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored communication plans
- Track and analyze OCM metrics to measure the success of client initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, psychology, communications)
- 4-7 years of experience in OCM or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
