Senior OSINT Trainer
Job Summary
Leading the development and delivery of technical OSINT capacity strengthening programs, the full-time Senior OSINT Trainer will work remotely to support Ukrainian Justice and Accountability institutions through tailored training sessions and collaborative project management.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with project leadership to draft long-term delivery plans and conduct needs assessments for training programs
- Adapt training content and methods to suit various audiences, ensuring engaging and practical sessions
- Design and deliver training activities, including mentorships and digital resources, while maintaining comprehensive documentation for project evaluation
Required qualifications
- Experience in designing and delivering technical trainings and capacity strengthening programs
- Strong pedagogical skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences
- Good understanding of the Ukrainian context and justice institutions
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including external partners
- Proficient in English with strong practical OSINT skills and knowledge of investigative techniques
