Senior OT Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure reliable connectivity and security of industrial systems, the remote Senior OT Systems Engineer will design, standardize, and manage the integration of plant-floor OT infrastructure with enterprise IT systems while supporting manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement standardized integration between OT systems and IT platforms
- Establish reference architectures and drive consistency across manufacturing sites
- Support OT cybersecurity controls and ensure alignment with corporate IT standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in OT or manufacturing IT environments
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI)
- Experience with OT networking concepts and protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC)
- Operational experience with on-prem server virtualization and cloud computing platforms
