Senior OTC Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning and scaling the end-to-end OTC function for recurring subscriptions and consumption revenue models, the full-time Senior OTC Operations Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive operational transformation, optimize cash flow, and build system architecture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire order to cash lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery from order creation to cash application
• Oversee customer collections, including dunning processes and direct outreach to resolve disputes and escalations
• Lead new billing and revenue system implementations while aligning cross-functional stakeholders on scope and timing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; CPA is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Experience managing hybrid revenue models, including recurring subscriptions and consumption
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Snowflake queries; SQL proficiency is a plus
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and experience building AI-driven workflows
