Senior Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting commercial and consumer lending initiatives, the remote Senior Paralegal will manage legal operations, contract management, and regulatory support while collaborating closely with attorneys and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents and third-party contracts while consulting attorneys as needed
• Manage and coordinate responses to subpoenas and other legal process requests, providing litigation and bankruptcy support
• Assist with project management and process improvement efforts, supporting broader legal operations responsibilities including regulatory examinations and compliance initiatives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• 5+ years of related experience, particularly in commercial and consumer lending or regulated financial services
• Experience supporting litigation, bankruptcy, and subpoena management preferred
