Senior Paraplanner

Job Summary

Leading complex cases in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Paraplanner will ensure the accuracy and coherence of suitability reports, coach junior team members, and collaborate with Advisors and product teams to enhance the advice service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on complex cases involving pension consolidation and ensure suitability reports are accurate and clear
• Develop and maintain suitability report templates and ensure compliance with governance protocols
• Coach and mentor less experienced Paraplanners, setting quality standards for paraplanning in a digital-first model

Required qualifications

• Substantial paraplanning experience in a regulated advice firm, particularly with pension cases
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) and a commitment to further qualifications
• Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions, ISAs, and investment products
• High standard of written quality in suitability reports for customer understanding
• Experience in coaching or mentoring other paraplanners
