Senior Partner Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day operations of partner-led implementation projects, the remote Senior Partner Delivery Coordinator will manage project tracking, ensure delivery quality, and facilitate partner onboarding while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the partner project tracker, ensuring accurate reporting on project status and performance
• Conduct regular project health checks and coordinate escalation responses to address at-risk implementations
• Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team to support partner onboarding and certification processes

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years in partner enablement, project coordination, or implementation delivery in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven experience in project tracking and reporting for multiple concurrent projects
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data management
• Familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools like Smartsheet or Asana
• Background in finance technology or experience with systems integrators or consulting partners
