Leading the growth of select System Integrator partnerships, the remote Senior Partner Development Manager will manage relationships, drive technology preference, and build scalable partner solutions while collaborating with sales teams and technical influencers to enhance customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow executive, sales, and technical relationships with System Integrator partners across the Americas
- Drive technology preference by influencing decision-makers to incorporate NI technology into customer solutions
- Build scalable partner solutions by collaborating with partners to create standardized offerings that leverage NI products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering or a technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or technical sales
- Demonstrated success in building and growing strategic partner relationships
- Experience influencing technical and business stakeholders in complex sales environments
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders
