Senior Partner Manager

Job Summary

Owning and growing the AWS alliance, the full-time Senior Partner Manager will manage enterprise relationships, drive joint pipeline initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the partnership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own a co-sell number for the AWS partnership and develop a plan to achieve it
• Build and maintain senior relationships across AWS's field and specialist organizations, focusing on healthcare and financial services
• Co-build integrations with Deepgram's product and engineering teams while managing a portfolio of partnerships beyond AWS

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience managing an AWS partnership at a technology company
• Proven track record of meeting co-sell or partner-influenced quotas
• Experience selling to or through the enterprise segment, particularly in healthcare or financial services
• Builder mindset with experience establishing partnership motions from the ground up
• Technical fluency to engage in discussions with AWS Solutions Architects
