Job Summary

Leading global recruitment and retention strategies for clinical trials, the full-time Senior Patient Recruitment Lead will collaborate with study teams, clients, and vendors to enhance patient engagement and ensure successful enrollment outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop comprehensive patient recruitment and retention strategies from study startup through enrollment
• Monitor recruitment metrics and translate performance data into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders
• Oversee the creation and distribution of patient-facing recruitment materials and manage relationships with third-party vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of relevant clinical trial experience, including patient recruitment and global recruitment strategy
• Experience designing and executing global patient recruitment campaigns
• Demonstrated client-facing experience with pharmaceutical or biotechnology sponsors
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and recruitment performance metrics
