Job Summary

Passionate about enhancing patient experiences in clinical research, the remote Senior Patient Recruitment Manager will drive patient recruitment, retention, and engagement activities across clinical studies while collaborating with clinical research sites, investigators, and study teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of patient recruitment, retention, and engagement activities across clinical studies
• Partner with sites and study teams to identify and address recruitment and retention needs
• Coordinate with external vendors supporting patient recruitment and engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, life sciences, or related field
• Experience in clinical research or clinical trial operations, particularly in patient recruitment and retention
• Experience working directly with clinical research sites and study teams
• Experience managing external vendors supporting clinical trials
• Strong understanding of the operational realities of clinical trial recruitment and enrollment
