Senior Payroll Analyst
Job Summary
To support the ongoing evolution of Workday's Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking product suite, the full-time remote Senior Payroll and Absence Enterprise Applications Analyst will analyze functional business problems, provide technical expertise, and lead design sessions while configuring system settings and driving internal adoption of AI-assisted capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze functional business problems and guide product outcomes for the Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking product suite
- Lead discovery and design sessions with stakeholders, identifying project risks and dependencies
- Configure Workday Payroll system settings and evaluate the adoption of AI-driven automation tools
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in business consulting, IT implementation, or customer support implementing Workday
- Heavy Workday Configuration experience in Payroll
- Excellent functional knowledge of global Payroll processes and policies
- Understanding of Workday integration technologies
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation capabilities within enterprise systems
