Job Summary

To ensure accurate and timely payroll operations for a complex, multi-state employee population, the full-time Senior Payroll Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll processing, oversee third-party payroll services, and serve as a Workday Payroll expert while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee third-party payroll processing and tax filing services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Manage biweekly and semimonthly payroll for approximately 450 employees, including input collection, adjustments, and final validation
  • Drive cross-functional partnerships to identify and resolve payroll issues, performing audits and maintaining documentation for payroll processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in full cycle payroll processing
  • At least three (3) years of hands-on Workday Payroll experience, including system maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end payroll operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong partnership-building skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
