Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Leading North America payroll operations, the full-time remote Senior Payroll Analyst will manage semi-monthly payroll for approximately 800 U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing reporting and analysis to support business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll cycles
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll tax regulations
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve payroll issues and improve processes

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably across U.S. and Canadian payrolls
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations
• Experience with payroll systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent designation is a plus
