Senior Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

To support client success, the full-time Senior Payroll Implementation Consultant will lead the design and implementation of iSolved solutions, ensuring accurate configuration of payroll, HR, and related business processes while managing multiple projects remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new customer implementations of iSolved, ensuring accurate configuration of policies, employee data, and business processes
• Create and manage project plans, coordinating resources to meet customer requirements and launch dates
• Deliver training to prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency and provide feedback to enhance the implementation process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, information systems, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Four or more years of experience in HCM, payroll, HRIS, or software implementation roles
• Experience leading full-cycle software implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and customer training
• Working knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and HR administration processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle confidential information with discretion
