Job Summary
Leading payroll data integrity initiatives, the full-time Senior Payroll Data Integrity Manager will manage validation, reconciliation, and analytics across a complex multi-state healthcare organization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee payroll data integrity, ensuring accuracy and compliance in physician and provider compensation
- Develop and implement payroll reporting and analytics to enhance visibility into labor costs and operational performance
- Collaborate with various departments to strengthen data governance and drive automation initiatives using advanced tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with 8+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in healthcare
- Experience in high-volume, multi-state payroll operations, including audit and compliance
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, with experience in data analytics and executive reporting
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, data governance, and SOX compliance
- Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Workday or ADP, and proficiency in SQL and Python preferred
