Senior Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading payroll operations across the Americas, the full-time remote Senior Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for multiple countries while driving process improvements and collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across Argentina, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Drive payroll compliance and statutory requirements, including tax withholding and audit readiness across supported countries
• Implement process improvements and build payroll controls to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll, with significant experience in leading operations across multiple countries in the Americas
• At least 5 years of experience in a payroll leadership role within a complex global environment
• Demonstrated experience in payroll compliance, statutory filings, and audit support across various jurisdictions
• Proven track record of improving payroll processes and controls for increased accuracy and efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
