Senior Payroll Process Manager

Job Summary

Driving the design and optimization of global payroll processes, the full-time Senior Payroll Process Manager will ensure compliance and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and standardization of global payroll workflows, ensuring alignment with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Implement process optimization and automation strategies to enhance payroll system efficiency and reduce manual efforts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and roll out new payroll processes, providing necessary training and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business analytics, operations management, or relevant field, or seven years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in global payroll process design, transformation, and change management
• Proficiency in evaluating and mapping payroll process flows, particularly with Workday and other HR technologies
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax processes and benefits integration, with familiarity in EMEA and/or APAC regions preferred
• Solid technical skills related to systems architecture and experience with quality management and process simulations
