Job Summary
To support the GP team, the full-time Senior Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing and compliance for multiple regions, working remotely across various locations including the US and India.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing for employees in North America and India, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies
- Implement and maintain payroll systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll processing and compliance in a multi-regional environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in North America and India
- Experience with payroll software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
