Job Summary
To support payroll operations across Latin America, the full-time Senior Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, compliance, and reporting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing for multiple countries in the LATAM region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to payroll and taxation
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll management within the LATAM region
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and payroll regulations
- Experience with payroll software and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
