Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

To support client payroll needs, the full-time Senior Outsourced Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, ensure accuracy in payroll systems, and establish strong client relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate payroll information and resolve discrepancies in client payroll systems
• Review and process payrolls timely, including tax calculations and reconciliations
• Provide technical support and training to clients on payroll processes and software

Required qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• CPP certification preferred
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
