Job Summary
Taking full ownership of global payroll operations, the full-time Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing across North America and EMEA, oversee global benefits programs, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end processing for multi-jurisdictional payroll utilizing ADP WorkforceNow and local payroll vendors
- Manage global employee benefits programs, including policy communications and vendor reviews
- Perform monthly payroll journal entries, GL reconciliations, and ensure compliance with statutory reporting and year-end processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, specifically in US & Canadian payroll processing and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow, BambooHR, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience working independently as the sole payroll/benefits operator in a lean HR team
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset towards employee inquiries
