Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end payroll process, the full-time Senior Payroll Specialist will manage US and international payroll, ensure compliance with tax filings, and support month-end close while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Run US and international payroll from data collection to final reconciliation
• Manage payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations
• Build and maintain payroll processes and documentation as it transitions into Finance

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with US and international payroll, including Canada and/or the EU
• Experience directly managing payroll tax filings
• Strong background in multi-state US payroll for remote teams
• Familiarity with PEO and EOR structures
• Comfort working independently as a subject-matter expert in payroll compliance
