Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of accurate and timely payroll across the United States, the fully remote Senior Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing, oversee key payroll lifecycle components, and contribute to the evolution of the Global Payroll function.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple US pay groups, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Administer complex pay components and perform payroll reviews and reconciliations to identify discrepancies
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and automation efforts

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in US payroll operations (multi-state, multi-entity)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field
• Strong experience with ADP platforms and advanced knowledge of US payroll regulations
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes with accountability
• Experience in shared services or global payroll environments is preferred
