Senior P&C Insurance Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end implementation of personal auto pricing programs, the full-time Senior P&C Insurance Pricing Product Analyst / Project Manager will support pricing program implementations remotely, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate execution while coordinating cross-functional workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the rollout of personal auto pricing programs for assigned states, ensuring compliance and accurate implementation
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct research, and develop recommendations
• Coordinate project timelines, manage risks, and provide regular progress updates to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of P&C insurance experience, particularly with regulatory exposure and state filings
• 5+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• 5+ years of project management experience, including coordinating cross-functional workstreams
• Ability to gather, document, and communicate product requirements effectively
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
