Senior Peer-to-Peer Engineer
Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Senior Peer-to-Peer Engineer will manage cloud-native applications and integrations, overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of platforms that enhance community fundraising programs in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Peer-to-Peer platform integrations and data flows
- Collaborate with product management and business groups to create a technology roadmap and execute platform enhancements
- Oversee project management from conception to implementation, ensuring adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Peer-to-Peer platforms and relevant technologies including JavaScript/CSS and databases
- Strong working experience in ETL processes and data modeling
- Proven track record of managing P2P fundraising platforms
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and familiarity with No-SQL databases
