Senior Peer-to-Peer Engineer

Job Summary

To support Komen's mission, the full-time Senior Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Platform Engineer will manage cloud-native applications and integrations, oversee platform enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage and retain fundraisers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of P2P platform enhancements and integrations
• Collaborate with product management and business groups to develop the technology roadmap for P2P platforms
• Manage data models, ensure data hygiene, and create customized reports and dashboards to meet business requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM field
• At least 7 years of hands-on technical experience with P2P platforms and relevant technologies such as JavaScript/CSS and databases
• Strong working experience in ETL processes and dynamic content management
• Proven track record of managing P2P fundraising platforms and experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience using JIRA for project management and tracking
